| Well over eighty buses gathered at this event held on the last Sunday in July 2009. It was my first visit to the event and I was not to be disappointed. I spent many holidays in Sussex as a child so I always have had Southdown buses listed amongst my favourites. There were some wonderful buses on display, my favourite on the day kept changing as I moved down the display. The Leyland Cheetah, The Southdown Tiger, The One man operated half-cab double decker of Brighton or the Southdown Queen Mary - But which one!! A nice dilemma with so many beautiful examples on display. |
